Up to five. There are two bedrooms with a double bed each and a sofa bed in the living room.

Yes, children of all ages are welcome. There is a swing in the garden, and everything is on the ground floor.

No. Every room has a ceiling fan.

Yes. Wi-Fi is free, and you can park for free inside the compound.

The villa has power backup.

There is no daily housekeeping. The villa is cleaned and made up with fresh linen and towels before you arrive.

Yes, breakfast is included every morning of your stay.

Yes. The kitchen has a gas stove, refrigerator, kettle and cookware. It is a vegetarian kitchen, so please don't cook or bring in meat, fish or eggs.

No. Smoking and alcohol are not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.

Sorry, pets are not allowed.

Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Every adult guest needs a government photo ID at check-in.

Yes, the owner welcomes every guest in person. A caretaker lives close by if you need anything during your stay.
